Hello! We’re Holly and Mark, proud owners of Brew & Bake, and parents to our two boys, Jude and Miles. We also have a cheeky little Yorkshire Cross called Oscar—he’s not in the photo because he was probably off causing mischief somewhere!
Our journey began with a whirlwind: we opened our little corner café on the market square just seven days before Holly gave birth to Miles. It was chaotic, exciting, and the start of something truly special.
With Brew & Bake, we wanted to create a welcoming space for everyone—a cosy spot where you can enjoy exceptional specialty coffee from our friends at Campervan Coffee, bring along your dog, and let your little ones play while you relax.
We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing team, who keep everything running smoothly while Holly looks after the boys and Mark works full-time as a farrier. You’ll still find us popping in and out throughout the week and at weekends, always happy to see familiar faces and meet new ones.

Campervan Coffee
In 2005, a journey through Europe and North Africa in a campervan named Rolf and that sparked a passion for coffee.
That adventure grew into Campervan Coffee Co. They are now supplying speciality coffee across the hospitality industry.
Our coffee has tasting notes of Seville orange, dark chocolate, hazelnut and molasses and is roasted in Weston, Hertfordshire.

Owned by a husband and wife team, our café was built with families in mind. With two young boys and a dog of our own, we wanted a place where children can play, parents can unwind, and your pups get spoiled too.
From homemade dog treats and our polaroid dog wall to our clean, bright play café upstairs, we've created a space that feels like home for the whole family.
